Thus, MCIMA guarantees its partners official products sourced directly from Apple, an extended warranty on iPhones, customized products based on customer demand, marketing support, financial support, after-sales service support, and further guidance to become an Authorised Apple reseller.
Since September 2024, MCI has offered a guaranteed extended two-year warranty for all iPhones.

Our Mission
MCIMA offers partners ongoing training for product knowledge and support, plus a 12-month warranty extension on iPhone 13 and newer models, helping them strengthen their position as legitimate Apple providers in Morocco.
